Position Summary
Keystone Management is seeking a Facilities and Maintenance Manager to oversee operations and manage client accounts at Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA). In this role, you’ll be responsible for day-to-day maintenance, coordinating client service requests, and advising clients on projects and tasks.This role may require occasional evening and weekend availability.

- Shift: Monday
- Friday, 8:00 am
- 5:00 pm (with flexibility & on-call as needed)
- Salary: $93,000 - $106,000 per year

- Oversee multiple facilities totaling over 250,000 sq ft, ensuring compliance with service agreements.
- Manage installation, maintenance, and repairs of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety systems.
- Provide regular status updates to Keystone Leadership, and submit project and budget reports.
- Monitor budgets and timelines, implementing cost-saving strategies when appropriate.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors, ensuring adherence to quality and contract standards.
- Address client needs, managing services such as janitorial, landscaping, waste removal, and overall property maintenance.
- Conduct site walk-throughs, document maintenance needs, and communicate effectively with clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in facility management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7-10 years of experience in facilities management, including MEP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and familiarity with CMMS and construction management software.
- 5+ years of experience managing teams and supervising employees.
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facility Management Professional (FMP) preferred.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Effective leadership abilities with a focus on continuous improvement and team development.
- Full-time (40 hours per week) with occasional overtime or additional hours as needed.
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Exposure to varied environments, including mechanical, electrical, and noise hazards, as well as inclement weather.
- Successful completion of Keystone Management and FAA background checks.
- Must pass Ronald Reagan National Airport SIDA badge and driver’s test within two attempts.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving history.
