Hourly Compensation: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, day shift

Responsibilities:

The Office Services Specialist will work with the on-site IST Management team to provide office support to employees and guests. Other responsibilities include:

  • Operating mailing equipment
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
  • Pick up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs to customers
  • Lift large bundles of mail, overnight packages, and shipments of paper
  • Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
  • Participate in cross-training Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
  • Drives IST owned courier vans

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience, are a team player and are willing to train! Other qualifications include:

  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast-track plan to management
  • Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
  • Competency in performing multiple functional tasks; Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
  • A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation to and from work
  • Lifting up to 55 pounds
