Project Manager - EDI and OMS
Responsibilities:
- Develop, communicate, track and analyze all aspects of multiple project plans with the global project teams, external and internal customers to include: project integration, scope, time, resources, risk and procurement through all phases of the project life cycle.
- Understand project management concepts, internal team methodologies and procedures to ensure systems solutions are delivered in a consistent, standard and repeatable method.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle project management of supply chain visibility projects preferred.
- Experience with Jira a plus.
- Agile environment experience required.
- Consulting, project or program management experience required.
- 3+ years of experience in external, customer-facing project management role required.
- operational knowledge with at least 2-3 years' experience within a customer facing role within supply chain and logistics.
- Knowledge of Project Management practice procedures and tools
- Effective communication (written and oral) with good presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and translate technical and business information to internal/external audiences.
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

responsibilities:This role collaborates with internal and external global project stakeholders for multiple customs brokerage integration projects. This role will conceptualize and execute fullscale project plans for the onboarding of our new business involving order management projects as well as, customized logistics development projects and associated communication documents.
This position will be responsible for ensuring the overall customer satisfaction through the attainment of project success criteria and by engaging in discussions with customers and leadership is pivotal to the position.
