Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lab Technologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests with accuracy and precision while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist.
• Valid license to practice as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist (092) issued by the New York State Education Department (NYSED). Primary Source Verification required.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and complex clinical laboratory tests, ensuring high standards of accuracy.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to report timely and accurate laboratory results.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laboratory best practices and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist in the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Troubleshoot laboratory issues and optimize processes.
