Seeking technical underwriting expertise with background leading complex underwriting projects for Multi-unit Residential Investment Properties; Property Management Companies; Apartment Buildings; Mobile Home Parks; Condominium Associations; Public Self-storage Facilities ; Hotels & Motels; Boarding Houses; Bed & Breakfasts; Student Housing; Senior Housing; HUD & Section 8 Housing; etc.

Activities:
*** Lead new and renewal underwriting efforts.
*** Develop and manage marketing strategies and plans.
*** Lead business development, engage customers, and manage key accounts.
*** Evaluate and modify underwriting guidelines, philosophy, and risk appetite.
*** Train underwriting team members in company specific underwriting requirements and guidelines.
Required:
*** Bachelors or equivalent technical degree.
*** 5+ years commercial underwriting experience.
Generous compensation package to $180,000 with competitive base salary commensurate with experience and annual performance bonus. Company paid pension plan and matching 401(k) contribution, fully company paid medical, dental, and vision coverages.
