Position:
The Relationship Partner, Client Services will be a key member within a team of regional Service Advocates across all Divisions within Rockefeller Capital Management, The Relationship Partner will serve as a point of contact for regional Private Wealth Advisors and Client Associates for timely resolution of service issues and to advance recommendations and drive action for service improvements.This individual will be physically located within a specific regional division and work closely with Divisional Directors, Divisional Leadership Teams and the members of Operations, Technology and Product groups to drive holistic, integrated and client-focused solutions within Rockefeller Wealth Management.
Responsibilities:
- To act as a true service advocate, addressing real-time elevated service requests and service-related feedback from clients, Private Wealth Advisors, Client Associates and Divisional Leadership Team members.
- Conduct thorough due diligence to understand the root causes of service issues and identify potential solutions.
- Maintain a detailed process for collecting, analyzing, and reporting feedback from clients, Private Wealth Advisors, and Client Associates.
- Build and maintain relationships across the firm, sharing feedback and collaborating on solutions-oriented initiatives.
- Presentation of key findings, including recommendations, regularly to key stakeholders to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Participate in key service-oriented technology initiatives, representing user needs, testing, and effectively communicating our technology roadmap and end-deliverables to Advisor Team users.
- Participate in leadership committees and other advisor team events promoting collaboration and connectivity.
Qualifications:
- FINRA Series 7, 66 required
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in delivering world class client experiences within a broker-dealer.
- Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, operational processes, etc.
- Experience working in a service capacity that requires balancing the unique business needs of financial advisors with Regulatory adherence.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build consensus across colleagues and key stakeholder groups.
