Job Description
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of property acquisitions and project management
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for property acquisitions
  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence for potential acquisitions
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders
  • Lead negotiations for property acquisitions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of projects
  • Continually monitor industry trends and adjust strategies as needed
  • Ensure all acquisitions and projects comply with company policies and industry regulations
