Job Description- Oversee and manage all aspects of property acquisitions and project management
- Develop and implement strategic plans for property acquisitions
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence for potential acquisitions
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders
- Lead negotiations for property acquisitions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of projects
- Continually monitor industry trends and adjust strategies as needed
- Ensure all acquisitions and projects comply with company policies and industry regulations

A successful Senior Acquisitions Associate/Project Manager should have:

- Salary range of $170,000 - $210,000 USD with high bonus potential
