Warehouse Lead Shipping Receiving
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can maintain efficiency, accuracy, and safety within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a warehouse leadership role, preferably in shipping and receiving.
- Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written communication skills).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities- Shipping and Receiving:
- Coordinate and monitor all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Inspect goods for quality and accuracy upon receipt and prior to dispatch.
- Maintain accurate shipping and receiving logs.
- Data Entry & Documentation:
- Accurately input shipping and receiving information into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Generate and verify bills of lading, invoices, and packing slips.
- Ensure timely and accurate data updates for inventory tracking.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise warehouse staff and provide guidance to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Train team members on warehouse procedures and safety protocols.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving operational issues.
- Inventory Management:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse layout to optimize space and accessibility.
- Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams to manage stock levels.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Enforce adherence to safety guidelines and company policies.
- Report and address any safety hazards or incidents promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
