Construction Supervisor

LINQM is looking to add a Construction Superintendent.

• Experience:
• 5-10+ years of experience managing construction projects in manufacturing/industrial environments
• Comfortable directing and tracking subcontracted and internally-performed wok in the field
• Capable of interfacing with basebuild, tool install, engineering, and manufacturing teams from install through start of production
• Experience with mechanical equipment startup and utility qualification
• Candidate qualities:
• Hard working and able to solve problems autonomously with minimal direction
• Organized and detail oriented
• Ambitious and tenacious team member, comfortable working long hours when required
• Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication
• Can read, interpret, and manage changes to civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical plans and specifications
• Is willing to spend a high percentage of time in the field and to get hands dirty as needed to complete objectives or find the correct information
• Thrives in a high-performance, cross-functional organization with extremely tight timelines and aggressive goals
• Role will specifically manage the following scopes:
• Night Shift (5 pm – 3 am)
• Mechanical Demo and Installation
• Structural Steel Erection

• Start date = ASAP
• ~3-6mo, extensions possible with high performers

• Onsite (6) days per week
• No known travel involved
