Job Description- Prepare accounting related entries to numerous registers, journals and logs.
- Support accounts payable activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice creation and entry.
- Regularly maintain detailed reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts.
- Provide detailed analyses and explanations of all transactions.
- Prepare documentation for external auditors.
- Assist in the production of financial statements and applications, preparation of spreadsheets, reports and correspondence as required.
- Plan, organize and manage own workload to ensure your contribution to the company's monthly financial reporting process is achieved in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist with end of year preparation and procedures.

The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Senior Accountant' should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including advanced working knowledge of Excel.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
