Main Responsibilities- Manage comprehensive tax compliance for a varied client base, including corporations, individuals, and partnerships.
- Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a cohesive and productive team atmosphere.
- Develop strong client relationships through top-tier service and strategic tax counsel.
- Implement and refine best practices to enhance departmental efficiency and accuracy.
- Remain current on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify client opportunities.
- CPA certification and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a public accounting environment focused on tax.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in tax-related software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with multitasking skills and a readiness for leadership roles.
