Business Analyst (IT): II (Intermediate)

The Business Analyst will be responsible for working with stakeholders to understand their business and technical requirements, managing the product backlog projects, enhancements, and successfully leading projects throughout their life-cycles.

• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to drive effective, timely solutions that fulfill both strategic and operational needs.
• Maintain a strong technical background with knowledge of integrated systems such as APIs and Schedulers.
• Exhibit deep Business Systems Analysis skills with the capability to work on complex, highly visible projects.
• Demonstrate experience in all phases of product software and testing life-cycles.
• Define and document business and functional requirements for ongoing system enhancement initiatives in iterative software development environments.
• Utilize strong investigative, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Display strong knowledge in software delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile/Iterative, and Scrum.
• Apply knowledge in Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies.
• Proactively identify risks and drive action to prioritize, mitigate, and resolve issues.
• Familiarize with all types of technical documentation such as process maps, BRDs, system diagrams, user experience application maps, test plans, use cases, test cases, etc.
• Utilize tools such as IBM BlueworksLive Process Modeling Tool, Microsoft Office Products, ServiceNow PPM Project Management, Microsoft Azure Test, and Defect Tracking.
• Show strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a vast array of information. • Demonstrable proficiency in Documentation and Project Management
• Proven experience in Implementation and acting as a Liaison between various teams
• Ability to manage Stakeholders effectively
• Strong command over Microsoft Office Suites
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum
• Experience in resolving issues and driving continuous improvement
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Azure and knowledge of Software Development
• Ability to develop and manage Test Cases and perform Defect Tracking
• Knowledge of Maps API and API Development
• Experience in Backlog Grooming and working with IBM technologies
• Proficiency in Risk Mitigation and UX design
• Ability to create Business Requirement Documents and handle system enhancements
• Experience in creating Test Plans and Diagrams
