Finance Manager

Proficiency with full cycle accounting, month end close and retail/manufacturing will allow the candidate to take ownership of the accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounts payable and receivable activities
• Handle bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records
• Supervise the month-end closing process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Oversee the consolidation of balance sheets and other financial statements
• Utilize SAP for various finance-related tasks
• Conduct annual budget reviews and audits to maintain financial health
• Handle aged receivables to ensure timely collection of payments
• Perform other accounting functions as required
• Possession of a minimum of 7 years of experience in full cycle accounting
• Proficient in executing accounting functions with high level of accuracy
• Proficient in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivables (AR)
• Demonstrated experience in conducting bank reconciliations
• Ability to effectively manage month end close processes
• Experience in preparing and reviewing consolidated balance sheets
• Proficiency in using SAP software for various financial tasks and operations
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
