Full Job Description
The Cost Manager will be located in H.J. Russell's Atlanta office and will support the MARTA Centralized Project Management Organization (CMPO), a joint venture between Jacobs Project Management Co. and H.J. Russell. In this position, you will be responsible for providing support for budget, commitment, invoice, and cost forecasting as necessary in order to support MARTA's pursuit of rehabilitating, enhancing, and expanding their light and heavy rail infrastructure, bus rapid transit lanes, transit facilities and stations, and state of good repairs initiatives.As our Cost Manager, you will leverage your previous cost engineering experience with complex, multi-phase, multi-million-dollar construction and/or renovation projects to ensure effective cost monitoring and control of MARTA projects.
