Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, providing a warm and professional welcome.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate conference room bookings.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Support office operations, including ordering supplies and handling mail distribution.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.
- Provide additional support to the team as needed to facilitate daily operations.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer service mindset.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven environment is a plus.
