Schedule: M-F 8 hrs per day (8-5 with 1 hour non-billable lunch flexable depending on business needs)Top important skills/responsibilities:Set-up battery cell into fixtures and test systems to conduct cell testing based on engineering direction.
Fabricate test fixtures and harnesses as directed by engineers. Develop operating procedures and provide facility updates through presentations to engineering team as needed. Work with laboratory equipment manufacturers to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Register and handle cells following SOP Perform daily maintenance of on-going battery lifetime testing.

Follow general laboratory maintenance procedures and safety practices. Perform routine maintenance on cell test equipment. Perform routine calibration of cell test equipment.
