• Manage full cycle accounting tasks to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Process batches of merchant accurately.
• Handle accounts payable tasks, with a focus on rent checks.
• Perform a substantial amount of accounts receivable duties.
• Conduct monthly billing procedures.
• Manipulate data sheets and input information into Quickbooks.
• Make collection calls to consumers as part of the accounts receivable process.
• Manage payroll operations using ADP.
• Deposit checks as part of the overall financial management process.
• Undertake occasional projects assigned from time to time. • Applicants must possess a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role as a Staff Accountant
• Proficiency in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is required
• Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations accurately and efficiently
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience with General Ledger operations
• Skilled in preparing and reviewing Journal Entries
• Experienced in Month End Close procedures
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks for accounting tasks
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel, including the use of Pivot Table
• Experience in Batch Processing is a significant advantage
• Applicants should have experience in Collections - Consumer
• Familiarity with Billing procedures is a must
