Patient Care Coordinator - Rochester Pediatrics
Overview:
The Dental Specialists Rochester Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate, professional Patient Care Coordinator to join our team-oriented practice. As a Patient Care Coordinator you will play an important role in working with our doctor teams. You will check in patients, schedule patient appointments using a scheduling software, verify dental insurance, answer insurance and billing questions, and oversee patient account management.
Starting Wage Range: $23.00 - $26.00
Responsibilities:
Preferred QualificationsProficient with Microsoft Office, typing and data entry skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace work environment
Professional customer service
Effective communicator and team player
Dental insurance knowledge is a plus
Work Schedule:
Mondays: 7:30a-5:15p
Tuesdays: 7:30a-5:15p
Wednesdays: 7:30a-5:15p
Thursdays: 7:30a-5:15p
Fridays: every other 7:45a-12:00p
