What Devereux Looks for in YOU:
- Expertise: Conduct direct observations, consult with teachers, case managers, and other team members on effective classroom strategies.
- Innovation: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and address individual school requests across various programs and schools.
- Compassion: Review students' needs for ABA treatment, provide staff training, and actively participate in Individual Education Plan (IEP) development.

Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- One year experience working with IDD population.
- Prior experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and developing Positive Behavior Support Plans
- Comprehensive knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis
