About the Company: This firm operates globally as a quantitative equity market-neutral hedge fund.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile daily trades, cash, and positions across multiple products.
• Improve operational processes across the company, including optimizing trading workflows.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of trading data for decision-making processes and to optimize cash returns.
• Own the quantitative trading process; ensuring its robustness and reliability.
• Work cross-functionally with teams such as data science, engineering, and compliance to support trading operations.

Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in investment operations, fund accounting, or a related industry.
• Knowledge of financial instruments including equities, derivatives and private investments, as well as accounting principles.
• High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in technology and software tools like SQL, Bloomberg (BQL), Enfusion/Eze OMS or similar trading and operational systems.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and with external partners.
