We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead a dynamic sales team in driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales management, particularly in the logistics and supply chain industry, coupled with a proven ability to develop and implement strategies that enhance market presence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to drive results.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand customer base.
  • Build and nurture client relationships through exceptional customer service and technical sales expertise.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional activities.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide actionable feedback to the team.

Qualifications and Skills

Technical Expertise:

  • Proficiency in Windows OS and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Technical sales experience is highly desirable.

Business Acumen:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Trans Pacific Trade, NVOCC, Freight Forwarding, or related industries.
  • 3–5 years of managerial experience in leading sales teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales methodology and strategic selling.
  • Familiarity with ocean shipment documentation and logistics processes is a plus.
