Primary Responsibilities:

Project Delivery
  • Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation projects across multiple stakeholders.
  • Manage assigned projects/enhancements for both new and existing systems, using SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
  • Oversee the project lifecycle: plan creation, resource allocation, task tracking, and progress reporting.
  • Coordinate schedules, chair stakeholder meetings, and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Maintain and deliver Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) outcomes.
  • Manage forecasts, budgets, and variances to keep projects on track.
  • Develop stakeholder-specific communication materials, including business and IT leadership presentations.
System Analysis
  • Facilitate workshops (e.g., JAD sessions), analyze data, and document workflows/business processes.
  • Gather and validate complex business requirements, creating deliverables like scope documents and functional specifications.
  • Create and manage prioritized backlogs.
Team Collaboration & Agile Support
  • Work closely with product owners and Agile teams to define product goals, roadmaps, and backlogs for delivery.
  • Ensure teams coordinate with agreed cadence and continuously improve Agile practices.
  • Manage dependencies across teams in complex system environments.
  • Support Agile development by mentoring Product Owners and team members.
  • Track and maintain team Visual Management Boards and eliminate impediments/risks.

Key Objectives:

  • Implement project management processes, ensuring adherence to budget, scope, quality standards, and deadlines.
  • Assemble project plans, assign team tasks, and monitor work efforts.
  • Conduct quality reviews and escalate risks or delays appropriately.
  • Manage multiple, cross-functional projects with varying complexity, ensuring communication across enterprise-wide areas

Required Qualifications (Must-Have):

  1. Experience with project delivery models (Agile, Waterfall).
  2. Ability to perform multiple roles (Scrum Master, Project Manager, Business Analyst).
  3. Strong communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders.
  4. Team-player with cross-functional collaboration skills.
  5. Technical aptitude to understand complex business processes.
  6. Minimal oversight needed; ability to innovate and multitask effectively.
  7. Success in delivering complex digital enterprise platforms (e.g., involving data integrations/transactions).
  8. Expertise working with enterprise domains (e.g., Architecture, Risk, Cybersecurity, Procurement).
  9. Experience with budget/forecasting management.
  10. Familiarity with using the SAFe framework for Agile at Scale delivery.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):

  • Industry Knowledge: Automotive sector and OEM-Dealer ecosystem understanding.
  • Platform Familiarity: Experience with Salesforce products.
  • Tool Proficiency: Expertise with tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Certifications:
  • Scrum Master or SAFe Certification (preferred).

Position Requirements:

Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
  • Project Management certification or equivalent curriculum completion (preferred).
Experience
  • 7–10 years in IT roles, with 5+ years managing medium-to-large complex projects.
  • Advanced project implementation, budget oversight, and risk management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse and strategic projects impacting entire organizations.
