We are offering an exciting contract to permanent employment opportunity in the financial services industry located in New York, United States. The role is for an Agile Delivery Lead who will be instrumental in leading scrum teams and collaborating with various stakeholders including the Data Management and Analytics Teams.

• Leading scrum teams on mid to large initiatives independently, and interacting with high-level partners for product design and delivery.
• Collaborating with the product owner, technical leads and quality assurance leads to ensure effective cross-project communication and risk management.
• Partnering with Data Management and Analytics Teams to fill gaps in analysis and documentation, ensuring that technology solutions adhere to data quality requirements and meet partner reporting objectives.
• Aligning with the Product Analyst and Product Manager to define and deliver the roadmap.
• Conducting fit/gap analysis between current and future state technology to support acquisition programs and evaluate vendor solutions.
• Developing data flow diagrams for integrations to reporting, finance and Billing applications to support the technical design and build processes.
• Collaborating with solution integrators and external consultants on technology projects throughout the duration of an implementation.
• Providing demonstrations of and documentation for new features in the system/software.
• Actively participating in process improvement initiatives to enable operational efficiency.
• Transitioning all new technology solutions to the Production Operations and Support Teams.
• Providing mentorship to Associate / Analyst on career progression. • Minimum 3 years of experience in an Agile Delivery Lead role or similar within the Financial Services industry.
• Proficient in Agile, Agile Scrum, Agile SDLC, and other Agile frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience as a ScrumMaster is required.
• Proven abilities in Business Analysis in an Agile environment.
• Must have experience in IT project management and Project Management.
• Knowledge and practical experience in Data Management is essential.
• Adept at Data Analysis and Data Analytics.
• Experience with Gap Analysis is a must.
• Ability to perform Data or Gap Analysis in the context of project management.
• Certification in Scrum or other relevant Agile methodologies is desirable.
