Responsibilities- Complete monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables that includes journal entries, reconciliations, and reports
- Successfully collaborate with business partners to ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures, controls and provide support on special requests when necessary
- Formulate Balance Sheet account reconciliations
- Allocate and prepare monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis reports for management
- Help continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process
- Prepare financial analysis on trends, performance metrics, benchmarks, etc.
- Assist in coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditors
- Administer Ad-hoc projects as necessary
- Apply oneself to various department-wide initiatives
- Solid understanding of Excel Formulas
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- BA/BS in Accounting
