Maintain supporting schedules of financial statements according to monthly close schedule.
- Prepare and post month end journal entries for financial statements reporting and provide variances analysis to the Controller.
- Manage the fixed assets process and maintain fixed assets schedule.
- Manage and maintain operating leases and finance leases.
- Prepare business license tax, sale tax filings and property tax filings.
- Prepare daily bank and credit card reconciliation.
- Assist with Payable analysis and reconciliation tasks.
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned or requested.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related from 4 year accredited university
- Knowledge and Proficiency of Finance/Accounting Principles
- Highly detail oriented.
- 0-2 Years previous accounting experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient Computer skills with MS Office software required.
- Must be organized and possess the ability to multi-task.
