Exciting new opportunity for a Per Diem (PRN) Pharmacist to work within our clinic based, retail pharmacies located throughout the District of Columbia. We are looking for a customer service oriented pharmacist to join our amazing team of pharmacy professionals working in the DC region.The pharmacies are managed by Maxor National Pharmacy Services headquartered in Amarillo, TX

Responsibilities:
Responsible for performing all of the dispensing duties of a pharmacist, that all customers receive safe and accurate dispensing, and for adhering to all State and Federal Pharmacy laws regarding the dispensing of medications, record keeping, etc.
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Successful candidates will possess the following education and experience necessary for this position:
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy
- PharmD or equivalent demonstrated experience required
- Current District of Columbia Pharmacist license
Experience:
- 2 years retail pharmacy experience
- Experience in HIV/AIDS clinical setting a plus
- Ability to work effectively with a multi-disciplinary team;
- Effective written and verbal communication skills;
- Prior knowledge of local, state, and federal accrediting body and OSHA rules and regulations preferred.
