The employer is a large organization highly recognized within the commercial/ multifamily construction industry. Based in Malvern, they have a solid reputation for delivering exemplary projects. Currently seeking add a Project Manager to help manage their current pipeline of multifamily projects.
Job Description- Oversee all aspects of construction project management, including initial planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- A degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
- Proven working experience in project management in the property industry.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- An estimated salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 USD
