Receptionist

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in an established CA Firm based in INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana. This key role involves a variety of tasks related to organization and communication, requiring strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and a service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities:

• Operate switchboards and manage phone lines, ensuring efficient communication within the office.
• Handle the filing system, ensuring all documents are correctly and securely stored.
• Process and manage data entry tasks swiftly and accurately.
• Conduct scanning tasks, digitizing necessary paperwork for easy access and organization.
• Maintain accurate record-keeping and data entry for numeric data.
• Respond to customer inquiries, providing high-quality, detail-oriented, and timely service.
• Monitor customer accounts and perform necessary actions as needed.
• Possess knowledge and experience in Filing systems and procedures.
• Proficient in operating Switchboard Phones of 1-10 Lines.
• Demonstrated ability in Scanning documents and managing digital files.
• Understanding of File System management, both physical and digital.
• Skilled in Data Entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and speed.
• Experience in Numeric Data Entry, with an emphasis on precision and efficiency.
