Accounting Clerk

The successful candidate will be integral to the smooth running of our financial operations and will work closely with other team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring all invoices are tracked and processed in a timely manner.
• Assist in account reconciliation tasks to maintain accurate financial records.
• Utilize data entry skills to input financial information into our systems.
• Manage credit card and expense account reconciliations.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets and reports for financial tracking.
• Assist in maintaining an organized filing system for all financial documents.
• Work closely with other team members to resolve any issues or discrepancies in financial records.
• Assist in other accounting tasks as needed to support the financial operations of our organization.
• Possess proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in Account Reconciliation is mandatory
• Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) tasks
• Capable of performing Data Entry tasks efficiently
• Proven experience in Billing and Invoice processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
