Shipping & Receiving Clerk - Athens
Adecco is assisting a client in their search for a dedicated Shipping & Receiving Clerk. This position plays a vital role in supporting the efficient flow of goods in and out of the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify items against purchase orders, and inspect for damages
- Organize inventory and ensure proper storage of materials
- Handle packing, labeling, and shipping of outgoing orders
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Operate forklifts to assist with loading, unloading, and moving heavy items
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments
- Coordinate with vendors and transportation providers
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in shipping and receiving operations
- Forklift experience required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
