Enchanted Escape Room Northridge
Job Summary:
This part time position is part Game Host (Customer service) and part marketing. We are looking for individuals that enjoy puzzles/playing escape rooms and are creative with marketing strategies.
About Enchanted Escape Room:
An escape room is a live adventure game in which players must use their wits and teamwork to find clues and decipher a series of puzzles to escape from the room and to complete a mission. The game master will provide hints and watch over the game.
When you will work:
Start Date: ASAP
What you will do: Gamemaster/host
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week

Northridge, CA 91324When you will work:
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Must be able to work various hours during the week and weekends are mandatory. Hours will vary weekly and are based on customer reservations.
Responsibilities and DutiesWhat you will do: Gamemaster/host
- Checks in players when they arrive.
- Explain and introduce the game's rules and story background.
- Monitor the game progress & send hints to make sure players are having fun.
- Reset and clean the rooms after each game.
- Explain the puzzles after the game.
- Answer phone calls & respond to emails.
- Maintain props and clues and ensure rooms are clean.
- Maintain Marketing emails/posts to social media
- Create ads to post on social media (will manage most aspects of social media)
- Market Research for our industry
- Create marketing strategies
- Various marketing projects
Qualifications and Skills
If you are an enthusiastic and outgoing person with excellent communication skills, a quick learner, well organized,creative, and have attention to detail, then welcome to our team! If you have any creative hobbies such as photography, graphic design, video editing, etc.please make sure to list in your resume or cover letter.
- No experience required.However, customer service and marketing background preferred.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Age 18+
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
Required education:
- High school or equivalent
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
