Job Description

• Oversee on-site construction activities for healthcare projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, manage site logistics, and maintain a safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, proactively identifying risks and implementing solutions.
• Act as the primary on-site liaison, facilitating clear communication between project managers, architects, engineers, and clients.
• Ensure healthcare-specific compliance, including infection control protocols and facility operational standards.

The Successful Applicant

• Experience: Proven track record as a Construction Superintendent, preferably with 5+ years of experience managing healthcare projects in the NYC Building and Construction Industry
• Skills: Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with infection control measures in healthcare construction.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficient in construction management software, safety regulations, and NYC building codes.
• Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
