Sr. Financial Analyst

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Financial Analyst in Huntersville, North Carolina. The position is based in the packaging and labeling industry, and the successful candidate will be required to work onsite.

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis including gross margin analysis and cost analysis
• Oversee month-end close procedures and ensure accuracy in accounting functions
• Manage inventory, including regular inventory analysis to optimize resources
• Execute cash flow management and produce accurate cash flow forecasts
• Implement and maintain the financial module of Oracle, with a long-term plan of implementing an ERP across the company's entities
• Develop and manage budgets and forecasts
• Produce monthly financial packages for the global team
• Perform sales analysis and customer analysis to support informed decision-making
• Lead the accounting team and provide guidance to entry level staff members
• Regularly audit processes and systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Applicant must possess a minimum of 7 years experience in a Financial Analyst role or similar.
• Proficiency in Accounting Functions is essential.
• Must demonstrate a solid understanding and experience in Auditing.
• Experience in Budget Processes is required.
• Familiarity with Global Manufacturing is a plus.
• Knowledge of Packaging and Labeling is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
• Experience in Budgeting and Forecasting is a must.
• The candidate should have proficiency in Gross Margin Analysis.
• Proficiency in Cost Analysis is required.
• Experience with SAP is mandatory.
• The candidate should have experience in Inventory Analysis.
