Program Manager

ARETUM, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Program Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of programs for our government clients, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Overseeing programs and activities aligned with the organization's mission and strategic goals.
• Developing new programs to support organizational objectives and managing long-term project goals.
• Managing and supervising employees across various labor categories and skill sets, ensuring the project operates within the defined scope and size.
• Demonstrating experience in managing programs within a Federal Information Technology (IT) environment.
• Communicating effectively in both oral and written forms with all levels of staff and clients, ensuring clear, consistent communication.
• Ensuring compliance with Federal security requirements relevant to the subject matter expertise.
• Leading efforts within a large, complex Information Technology environment similar in size and scope to the requirements of this contract.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.
• At least 10 years of experience managing military community support programs.
• Strong experience managing complex Federal IT environments.
• Certifications: Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
• Clearance: Secret Clearance required.
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, program management skills, and experience with military support programs in an IT environment.
• Ability to be on site, Washington DC, once per month
