Licensed Mental Health Therapist Opportunity (Full-Time) – California

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, with full benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and referrals for effective treatment.
• Apply evidence-based methods to help clients reach their goals.
• Execute mandated reporting and uphold ethical standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support an adaptive and inclusive work environment.
• Perform thorough assessments and craft individualized treatment approaches.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of care.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
• Licensed as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.
• Two or more years’ experience in outpatient care.
• Skilled communicator, adept at working with diverse populations.
• Proficiency with electronic systems and documentation.
