We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Insert Operator to join our team at a busy mail processing company. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery that inserts printed materials into envelopes, ensuring high-quality and accurate results.

Shifts:

• 6am-6pm OR 6pm-6am
• Rotating schedule: 3-day work week followed by a 4-day work week.

• Set up and operate machines that insert materials (letters, flyers, brochures) into envelopes.
• Load printed materials and envelopes into the machine for processing.
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure materials are properly inserted and aligned.
• Verify that the correct inserts are placed into the envelopes according to job specifications.
• Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
• Track and report production output, machine errors, and maintenance needs.
• Assist in organizing and preparing completed mail for distribution or shipment.
