Benefits Administrator

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Benefits Administrator in the financial services industry, based in New York. The successful candidate will join our team and be responsible for processing employee benefits, maintaining accurate records, and resolving inquiries.
The role also entails monitoring employee accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary.
Responsibilities- Accurately process employee benefits applications
- Maintain and update employee benefits records
- Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits
- Monitor employee accounts and perform necessary actions
- Administer 401k - RRSP
- Conduct auditing activities related to benefits
- Perform various benefit functions as needed
- Administer Cobra and manage claim administration
- Utilize CRM, ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and Dayforce for efficient operation
- Maintain knowledge of immigrant processes and apply them as required
- Proficiency in ADP
- Financial Services is required
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now is mandatory
- Knowledge of Ceridian software is a must
- Familiarity with CRM systems is essential
- Experience with Dayforce software is necessary
- Expertise in 401k - RRSP Administration is required
- Auditing skills are a must-have
- Familiarity with Benefit Functions is needed
- Experience in Claim Administration is mandatory
- Proficiency in Cobra Administration is necessary
