The Property Manager will be responsible for handling the daily operations of properties, including tenant relations, rent collections, and property maintenance. Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with tenants and address any issues or concerns
  • Collect rent, manage accounts receivable, and ensure timely payments from tenants
  • Oversee property maintenance and coordinate repairs with vendors and contractors
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
  • Prepare and manage property budgets, including forecasting expenses and revenue
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding property management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle tenant disputes professionally
  • Valid real estate license in the applicable state is preferred
