Responsibilities:
Coordinates, leads, and performs food preparation activities and the cooking for multiple outlets. On-boards and trains all new cooks. Responsible for ensuring the opening and closing guidelines of the department are met.
Qualifications:
- One year food service experience.
- Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions.
- Ability to understand and accept responsibility for food preparation and work activities.
PREFERRED:
- One (1) year experience as healthcare cook.
- Three (3) to Five (5) years of general cooking experience.
- One (1) year supervisory experience.
- ServSafe Certification.
Work Hours:: 9:00 A.M. - 5:30 P.M.
Weekend Requirements:: Yes- Rotating Basis
