In this role, you will be primarily tasked with managing customer interactions, maintaining precise customer records, and performing data entry tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound calls from customers and resolving their inquiries
• Providing exceptional customer service in a call center environment
• Conducting data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
• Managing email correspondence with customers effectively
• Handling both inbound and outbound calls as required
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks
• Processing order entries in a timely and efficient manner
• Scheduling appointments as per customer requirements. • Proven experience in handling inbound calls in a detail oriented manner
• Previous background in call center customer service
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Proficient in data entry with high level of accuracy
• Experience in email correspondence with customers and team members
• Capability to handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Word for documentation and reporting purposes
• Experience in order entry within a manufacturing environment
• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendar effectively.
