Responsibilities:
- Travel to locations to conduct on-site evaluations and gather detailed information on properties using our proprietary online systems.
- Work with the Acquisition Specialist to develop best practices and organize scouting schedule.
- Maintain accurate records of all properties scouted and provide regular updates to the team.
- Valid driver's license
- Prior knowledge of construction or real estate industry
- Ability to drive long distances safely and efficiently
- Comfortable with extensive travel and working independently on the road
- Ability to attend training sessions and meetings remotely
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with office productivity software and zoom
