Responsibilities:

Position Responsibilities
  • At all times, demonstrate and promote the mission, values and culture of VCM, Inc.
  • Routinely inspects clubhouses, dog stations, pool areas, property common areas/amenities and communicates to immediate supervisor on a daily/weekly basis with photos of task completion.
  • Ensure association properties/amenities are at all times clean and maintained to the standards of VCM, Inc.
  • Ensure all safety precautions and guidelines are followed while performing job duties
  • Patrol grounds for litter and debris removal
  • Perform manual labor as directed by supervisor, including, but not limited to, ladder work, furniture installs, delivery and moving, holiday décor install and take-downs,
  • Perform minor maintenance: re: painting, flooring and other minor building/community repairs as long as license and/or permit is not required
  • Janitorial work to include, but not limited to, cleaning bathrooms and amenity centers, washing windows, mopping/sweeping floors, cleaning counter tops, appliances, etc.
  • Completes daily work orders as scheduled
  • Maintain records, prepare reports and other duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Plus other work-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school degree or GED required
  • Must be able to speak, read and write English, bilingual is a plus.
  • Must be a proficient problem-solver.
  • Must know how to use tools, supplies, materials, chemicals in a manner that does not endanger self, other employees, residents, the environment or the public in general.
  • Must have general “handy man” tools and skill to repair needed items.

Pay and Benefits:

$15.00 to $20.00, depending on education and experience.
