The Digital Operations Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the XCM Global Studio, driving the successful delivery of social and digital creative assets for XCM and other Amazon marketing teams. This role will serve as the central hub, coordinating cross-functional workflows, managing agency partner collaboration, and implementing process improvements to maximize studio efficiency.
Key job responsibilitiesManage the intake, briefing, and project management processes for all digital creative requests
Serve as the primary point of contact between internal XCM stakeholders, the FTE creative team, and the agency partner
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align on creative requirements, timelines, and quality standards
Monitor project status, identify and resolve roadblocks, and communicate progress to stakeholders
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, playbooks, and training materials for studio workflows
Analyze performance data and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and quality
Support the implementation of new technologies (e.g. project management tools, DAM systems) to digitize and automate studio operationsProvide regular reporting on studio metrics and KPIs to leadership- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams- Experience in multi-territory campaign management
- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Amazon is a total compensation company.
