Office Manager - Robert Half

We're seeking a seasoned Office Manager in San Francisco who is capable of handling administrative tasks with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities include overseeing office operations, managing employee records, and coordinating with vendors.

A successful candidate would have prior administrative management experience, excellent organization, communication skills and an ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure efficient office operations
  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records
  • Coordinate effectively with external vendors
  • Utilize accounting software systems for administrative tasks
  • Handle Financial Services related tasks
  • Use Concur and CRM for office management purposes
  • Operate Dentrix Dental Software and About Time for administrative functions
  • Manage accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Respond to and manage inbound calls.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an office management role or similar position
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
  • Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required
  • Familiarity with Concur software
  • Proficient in using CRM systems
  • Experience with Dentrix Dental Software is a plus
  • Knowledge of About Time software is beneficial
  • Ability to perform Accounting Functions efficiently
  • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) processes
  • Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
  • Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls effectively and professionally
