The Gaming Compliance Administrator will operate as the primary, confidential interface between company executives (USPC leadership, Cartamundi executives and shareholders, legal and finance (based in Belgium and U.S.) and gaming commissions in North America and around the world to ensure compliance in all gaming matters where USPC does business.

Monitor the regulatory developments in the gaming industry and ensure compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements.

What you’ll do as a Gaming Compliance Administrator:

  • Complete and file Gaming License Applications accurately and before expiration
  • Ensure no disciplinary actions will be taken against the company
  • Provide support to Compliance Manager with higher level interactions with outside gaming counsel on Company-level actions also with Gaming Commissions (i.e. new product, changes in product, etc.)
  • Coordinate together with the Compliance Manager the review, creation and implementation of policies and procedures, established by the authorities that regulate our industry

We’re looking for a Gaming Compliance Administrator with:

  • Associate degree (or equivalent experience to experience and understanding of compliance)
  • 5+ years of experience in a compliance/administrator role within a corporate environment; preferred.
  • Strict discretion with sensitive/confidential information
  • Proven ability to work effectively in independent settings.
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing corporate and regulatory environment
  • Organizational skills with ability to be proactive and prioritize work.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills and ability to quickly respond to changes in tasks.

Physical Requirements:

  • Sitting at workstation approximately 85 percent of work time.
  • Standing and walking approximately 15 percent of work time.
  • Must be able to travel 10-15 % of work time; passport required
  • Ability to work overtime or occasionally on weekends
  • Typical office environment with shelves overhead and above work surfaces
  • The Gaming Compliance Administrator position is located at our Erlanger, KY facility, working a hybrid schedule, with some days in office and some days working from home / remote.
  • Finding of Suitability may be required in some jurisdictions, for the employee ultimately hired into this position. This process would entail providing personal/confidential information.
