Responsibilities
  • Responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery and equipment used in industrial settings. Perform regular maintenance tasks such as lubricating, adjusting, and replacing parts to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
  • Diagnosing and identifying mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in industrial machinery. Use various diagnostic tools and equipment to assess problems accurately and determine the appropriate course of action for repairs.
  • Repairing or replacing faulty components, such as motors, belts, valves, gears, and bearings.
  • Disassemble machinery, repair or replace defective parts, and reassemble the equipment to restore functionality.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize unplanned downtime and maximize equipment lifespan. Perform routine inspections, conduct scheduled maintenance tasks, and keep detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.
The essential functions of this role include:
