About the Role: As the General Manager, you will have full P&L responsibility for branch operations. You will oversee all aspects of the business, including sales, inventory management, shipping/receiving, and employee development. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service while driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day branch operations, ensuring high productivity and exceeding customer expectations.
• Develop and motivate a high-performing team through training, coaching, and leadership.

• Oversee inventory and shipping/receiving functions to ensure seamless operations.
