We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Hollywood, Florida. This role primarily focuses on providing excellent customer service in the autobody shop industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, managing appointments, and performing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and concerns
  • Schedule appointments for customers, ensuring efficient use of time and resources
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
  • Use Microsoft Excel and Word to organize and manage customer information
  • Greet and assist guests who visit the location, providing a welcoming environment
  • Manage email correspondence with customers, responding in a timely and detail-oriented manner
  • Perform order entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Carry out ad-hoc administrative duties as required to support the smooth operation of the business. • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in answering inbound calls, with a focus on resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is essential.
  • Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in email correspondence, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to customer queries.
  • Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service in each interaction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, with the ability to create and manage customer databases and documents.
  • Experience in order entry, ensuring all customer orders are accurately and promptly processed.
  • Ability to schedule appointments, managing a complex calendar and ensuring all customer appointments are timely and well-organised.
