We are seeking an Inventory Analyst to join our client's team in the construction industry, located in Central, Kentucky. In this role, you will be tasked with tracking inventory and assets, ensuring proper valuation, reporting on utilization ROI calculations.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage fixed assets within the company
  • Prepare various modeling supporting buy vs. lease equipment decisions
  • Monitor and ensure record compliance
  • Inventory tracking and reconciliation
  • Lease contract review and renewal.
  • Undertake special projects as directed by management, providing detailed and accurate reports upon completion.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel is a must.
  • Experience with fixed assets management.
  • Experience with account reconciliation.
  • Experience in management reporting.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a team and foster a positive work environment.
  • Possession of a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
