Job Description: We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated HR Coordinator to join the team of a well known, established organization within the Lehigh Valley. Your primary focus will be to assist with daily Human Resources operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient functioning of the department.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR function.
  • Manages the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
  • Assist with the performance appraisal process.
  • Handle employee-related services, regulatory compliance, and employee relations, among many other tasks.
  • Support the HR manager in implementing company culture, values and policies.
  • Assist in development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide support in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Detail-oriented with great organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
  • Ability to multi-task and navigate through multiple computer systems.
